Personalized medical weight-management services designed to support healthy, sustainable weight loss. Care may include medical evaluation, lifestyle counseling, laboratory monitoring, and prescription weight-management medications when clinically appropriate.

Comprehensive medical cannabis evaluations for qualifying Kentucky patients. Includes medical history review, eligibility assessment, and discussion of treatment options. Initial Evaluation: $130 | 60 minutes Certification is based on Kentucky eligibility requirements and is not guaranteed.
